First-ever CFMoto MT Challenge Philippines was a huge success
Up next, the winners head to the Land Down Under for the next leg of the MT Challenge.

The first-ever CFMoto MT Challenge in the Philippines wrapped up last July 5–6 at Montclair Destination Estate in Angeles, Pampanga, and let’s just say—it was a wild weekend. Rain turned the trails into mud pits, the challenges were no joke, and the teams had to dig deep, literally and figuratively, to get through.
Nine teams of three riders each—mounted on CFMoto’s MT Series adventure bikes—went head-to-head across timed stages that tested everything from off-road control to teamwork and even a bit of on-the-spot wrenching. Think river crossings, slick climbs, technical switchbacks, and mechanical problem-solving thrown into the mix. Conditions were tough, but the vibe stayed upbeat, with teams pushing each other and cheering each other on.
After two days of proper adventure riding, Team Wheeltek ADVenduro came out on top. Not only do they get a brand-new CFMoto 230 DUAL each, they’ll also be heading to Australia this October to represent the Philippines in the MT Challenge global finals. Pretty sweet deal. Team WWR TNR EAP took first runner-up, while Team Enduro Factory claimed second runner-up—both proving they’ve got serious skill and stamina.
The whole thing would not have happened without support from a solid lineup of partners—Motul, Alpinestars, Inuteq, Troy Lee Designs, Grit, Imprint Customs, Siklo, LABL, Jersey Mate, MotoMarket, Ride Manila, Cardo, Kriega, Sundays Steed, Shad, Mitas Tires, GoTyme Bank, and PIAA.
Helping steer the ship across the weekend were Coach Mel Aquino from the Motorcycle Riding School Philippines, plus sportscaster Jinno Rufino and Sebastian Dela Cruz, who kept things moving and the crowd engaged through every muddy twist and turn.
With the PH leg of the MT Challenge now in the books, it’s clear that CFMoto is not just trying to sell bikes, but help in building something bigger for local riders. And come October, we’ll see how our champs stack up on the world stage.
If you’re wondering what the unifying factor of the whole event was, well, it was none other than the CFMoto 450MT. This capable entry-level ADV has a 449cc parallel twin with a 270-degree crank, making around 44hp and 44Nm of torque—plenty for weekend trail rides or long highway stints. It rolls on a 21-inch front and 18-inch rear setup with long-travel KYB suspension and switchable ABS, all wrapped in a rugged ADV-ready package. And at a price tag of P338,900, it’s one of the best bang-for-buck adventure bikes you can get right now.
